Brittney Burdick, Office Manager
Brittney holds a certificate for Certified Physician Practice Management. She is a versatile professional bringing 10+ years of experience working in the Ophthalmic field. Brittney excels at streamlining workflows, leveraging technology to enhance patient experience, and leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals. Through continuing education, she ensures her skills and knowledge align with the latest medical industry standards. She prides herself on working closely with her team to create a positive atmosphere.
Books, coffee, sunshine, and time with her family are a few of the things she enjoys the most!
Aimee Martineau, Certified Paraoptometric
Aimee Martineau joined Newport Optical in June 2013. She moved here from Plattsburgh, NY in December 2012. She has been continuing her education to become a Certified Paraoptometric which she accomplished in March of 2022. She is continuing her education to further her certification.
Aimee loves helping patients with all the extra testing that they may need. She enjoys interacting with all our patients and helping provide services the doctors may need throughout
the day.
Aimee currently lives in Beebe Plain with her fiance, her son just moved into an apartment in Newport. In her free time Aimee enjoys camping, in Concord, VT with all her friends and four-wheeling on the weekends. You can find Aimee in the summer mostly on the back of a motorcycle enjoying the scenery with her fiance. She can also be found at motorcycle rallies soaking up the environment and shopping.
Sheila Butler-Kepler, Licensed Optician
Sheila is one of our Licensed Opticians. She has been with us since 2005.
In her free time she enjoys being in the outdoors.
Krystal, Optical Trainee
Krystal joined our optical team in the summer of 2022.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking and spending time outdoors.
Sabrina Brown, Optical Trainee, Technician Trainee, Reception
Sabrina has been with Newport Optical since 2019, she is currently cross training throughout our office. You might find her at the reception desks, assisting you in your Optical needs or even as a technician preparing your eyes for the Dr!
When not at the office she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, health/wellness coaching and traveling.
Linda Sanville, Front Desk
Linda lives in Jay with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her 2 grown children, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson! She also enjoys spending time in her flower bed and when time permits, you can find her riding the Harley with her Husband!
Amber Daly, Front Desk
Originally from Massachusetts, Amber has found that during the last 8 years in the NEK she has found an amazing place to put down roots and raise her family. She met her husband Mac here, and together they are raising 4 children, in what many consider the most beautiful city in Vermont (Newport)!
Recently, she discovered a new love for paddle boarding, and is looking forward to new adventures out on the lake! She never imagined this was where her life would end up, but she couldn’t be happier! Amber has worked in health care most of her adult life and states that these last few years at Newport Optical have taught her that there’s a lot more to glasses than meets the eye!
